Do your items run true to size?

Yes, all our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description.  If you have questions about a specific item or measurement guidelines, get in touch with us at and we’ll be happy to help you out!

When can I pick-up my order?

We typically need one business day to process and complete your order after purchase.  You will receive a notification from us via email, text, messenger, or telephone as soon as it is ready to go home with you!

When will my order ship?

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we sure do!  Look for the “Southern Belle Gift Card” wording at the bottom of our Home page on our website and you can choose to purchase an eGift card in certain increments and then "add to cart".  We do not offer physical gift cards to be purchased online at this time.  All eGift cards are sent electronically.  An electronic gift card number will be generated and assigned, and the electronic gift card receipt and bar code will be sent to you to print or download and save.  You can use the gift card towards your purchases locally in person and on the website by inputting the code at checkout.  Our eGift cards NEVER EXPIRE!

What items are dry clean only?

Great question! Make the most out of your clothes by taking appropriate care of them. Most of our items can be washed on cold/delicate and placed in the dryer on low heat or laid flat or hung to dry. We’ll let you know in the product description if something is dry clean only. Be sure to review the details for cleaning instructions before purchasing.

Do you have a formal storefront?

We are a local and online boutique, however, currently, we do not offer a brick and mortar storefront.  We DO love our local southern shoppers and we offer local order pick-up at our St. Amant, Louisiana location where we ALSO welcome you to come take a look at our merchandise in person to try on and purchase also! If you want to pick up your items locally, just choose “store pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
