Returns for Store Credit must take place within 10 days of purchase and/or delivery in order to receive a credit. Item(s) must have original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Shoes must be returned in their original box with the condition of the box preserved. Unfortunately - other customers do not want shoes that look used, therefore, damage to the shoe box make the shoes ineligible for returns.
A Store Credit is given by a Gift Certificate, redeemable for future purchases. Store credits will never expire!
Exchanges can be made for the same item of another size/color if available. If not available, we will gladly issue a Store Credit.
1. For hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all earrings, hair accessories (including hats), socks, eye wear, or intimates, including bralettes and swim wear and CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
2. Pre-orders, pre-sales and special orders, are not eligible for cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Sales are final.
3. Clearance/Sale Items are marked at/or below cost! They are AMAZING deals on items that we only have a few left of and we are making room for new GOODIES - due to this - they are a FINAL SALE and NO returns or exchanges will be accepted.
4. Give away items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For returns that are not personally brought to our store-front, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will need to be pre-paid in order to have your replacement item sent out.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement item to reach you, may vary.

We suggest using a shipping method that includes tracking and/or insurance. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Please claim your giveaway within a timely manner. Give away items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our current processing time is same or next business day unless it is a pre-order item, pre-sale item, or special-order item. We currently only ship within the U.S and Canada.

We offer 2 tiers of standard USPS flat rate shipping. Tier 1 fee - $3.00 for small/light weight packages and Tier 2 fee - $6.00 for larger/heavier packages. If you would like expedited shipping through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, additional shipping charges will be incurred. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note shipping quotes are for transit times ONLY and do not include our processing times.
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving by email Please do not use scissors when opening the packages
Pre- order items, pre-sale items, or special order items require a HALF DOWN payment. This is a 50% down deposit on your items while you wait for them to ship to you within the shipping window. The other 50% is due before your items ship out to you. If you do not pay your second half of your invoice within 15 days, you forfeit your deposit and your items.

We do not ship ANY items that are lumped in with pre-order items, pre-sale items, or special order items before we ship the pre-orders. Any items that are combined shipping and that are wanted sooner should be placed separately.
We do not accept cancelled orders. If you MUST cancel an order, we have a 15% restocking fee as all orders are pulled almost immediately.
